Returns and cancellations
We want our returns process to be clear before you buy. This policy applies to consumer purchases from Fun Furniture Collection and does not reduce any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Change-of-mind returns
For most eligible goods bought online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, you must return the goods within the following 14 days.
To start a return, email contact@funfurniturecollection.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything. Some furniture is oversized and may need an approved freight return method.
Return condition
You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably would in a shop. Please keep all parts and accessories together and package the item carefully for return. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless we agree otherwise. Oversized chairs and loveseats may require a freight carrier, so return transport can cost more than standard parcel shipping. Contact us before arranging an oversized return.
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Where we are responsible for the problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy and, where required, arrange or reimburse reasonable return transport costs.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@funfurniturecollection.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. Please keep the packaging until we confirm the next steps, especially for freight-delivered furniture.
Handmade products
Many of our products are handmade from natural materials. Small variations in weave, beadwork, wood grain, dimensions or finish are part of the handcrafted character and are not necessarily defects. This does not affect your statutory rights or any applicable right to cancel an eligible online purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For an eligible consumer cancellation, we will process the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, where applicable, after you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back. Where required by law, the refund will also include the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional cost for an upgraded or premium delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.
We do not charge a separate restocking fee for an eligible statutory cancellation. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit after we issue it.
